1-Booking and Payment
To secure your place on a tour, we recommend booking as early as possible and a deposit of 50% of the total
tour cost is required to confirm your booking. The paid deposit will be deducted from your final payment.
Deposit can be paid via bank transfer, credit card, or in cash if you are already in Egypt. For credit card
payments, we require a signed authorization letter with a signature that matches the one on your card.

2-Cancellation Policy (Excluding Peak Seasons)

Cancellations must be sent by email to confirm your cancellation and below are the Cancellation fees are
applied based on how far in advance you cancel: – From date of booking till 61 days before arrival: 15% of the total tour will be charged – 60–30 days: 25% of the total tour price will be charged – 29–15 days: 50% of the total tour price will be charged – 14–7 days: 75% of the total tour price will be charged – 6–1 day: 100% of the total tour price will be charged
Please note that airline cancellation fees apply separately, and a 5% bank charge will be deducted from any
refunded amount.

3-Refunds
Refunds are issued using the same method of your original payment. No refunds are given for no-shows. All
refunds are subject to a 5% bank processing fee.

4-Force Majeure
In cases where a government or airline issues a travel warning or ban, we offer a flexible policy. You may
choose between a full refund or a credit voucher that can be used for any future tour with us. This credit will be applied automatically to your account. Only flight-related fees and bank charges are non-refundable in such cases.

5-Accommodation
Our rates are based on two people sharing a double room. If you prefer a single room, an additional
supplement applies. All accommodations are selected based on quality and comfort

6-Children Policy
For tour packages, Nile cruises, and hotels: – Children from 0 to 5.99 years old stay free of charge. – Children from 6 to 11.99 are charged 50% from the adult rate. – Children 12 and older are considered adults.
This policy applies to one child sharing a room with parents. If flights are included, extra charges may apply.
For day tours and shore excursions:
(infant from 0 – 2.99) – Free of charge
(Children from 3 – 11.99) – 50 % from adult price
12+ pay full tour price as per adult person

7-Privacy
We may share your travel photos and experiences on our website or social media to inspire other travelers. If you prefer not to have your images used, please Inform us

8-Tipping
Tipping is a common way to show appreciation for good service in Egypt. It is entirely optional but highly
appreciated by the staff.

9-Flights
Domestic flight prices and timings are estimates and may vary based on availability or operational changes, This may affect your total tour cost.

10-Liability and Responsibility
We Know Egypt is not responsible for delays, changes, or issues caused by factors beyond our control, such as weather, political events, or changes made by airlines or hotels. Any additional costs arising from such events are the traveler’s responsibility.

11-Special Requests
If you have special requests (e.g., dietary needs, room preferences), please inform us during booking. We will do our best to accommodate them, but fulfillment is not guaranteed. These requests do not form a condition of the contract.

12-Client Amendments
Changes to your booking are subject to availability. If full payment has already been made, we do not charge
administrative fees unless the change involves air travel tickets.

13-Complaints
If you encounter any issues during your tour, please inform us immediately. Most concerns can be resolved on the spot. If needed, you may contact our Customer Care Manager directly while your tour is ongoing.

14-Online Payments
Payments made through our website are processed securely. We accept Visa and MasterCard. Customers are
advised to keep a copy of their transaction details and our terms and conditions.

15-Acceptance of Terms
By making a payment—whether a deposit or the full amount—you confirm acceptance of all terms and
conditions.
